At least this year on New Year's I weigh less that a year ago. That's a change! But haven't done so well this vacation. Or since October. After going from 251.5 on Memorial Day to 221 on Oct. 10, I've gained 15 pounds. I completely got away from the Anderson Method, from walking, from tracking, from drinking water, from planning my meals, from "fasting" and visualizing success.

There's way too much red light food here in the house still. I plan to take a bunch to school and to isolate the rest. Buy healthy groceries today: salad, bananas, tuna, veggies. We have lots of oranges and apples and clementines here. Plan my meals, follow that, walk everyday, drink water, visualize success.

Today: 2 slices toast, peanut butter, milk
Chicken thigh, sweet potato, broccoli
Oranges
Salad with tuna, veggies, croutons.

Make chicken and baked potatoes and soup for the week ahead.

125 days until Allison's wedding.
