I HIT GOAL!!!!
I finally, finally, finally reached my WW goal!!
I started on March 22, 2018. 256.6 lbs.
Today is April 16, 2020. 148.6 lbs. Total 108 lbs.
The most I ever weighed at home was 260.4. Total loss of 111.8
At WW I started at 258.6. Today I recorded 149.6. Total 109 lbs. lost.
I had a great week. Seven days completely on track, even Easter. Lots of planning, good food choices, walking, focusing. I MADE IT!!
Now I need to continue to stay focused--starting six week of maintenance. Then I can come out on the "other side" and reach lifetime status. When we finally go back to in-person workshops, I will be at goal, done with maintenance and be LIFETIME!! Finally! After all the times I have joined, rejoined, worked so hard--I did it!!

Happy 2020! I'm not very happy with where I am with my weight. These last 20 days have been hard with Daddy's passing and funeral, Christmas, company, extra food. I am not proud with how I have gone off program. I need to learn from this and do better next year.
Here's a look at the positives:
Happy 2020! I'm not very happy with where I am with my weight. These last 20 days have been hard with Daddy's passing and funeral, Christmas, company, extra food. I am not proud with how I have gone off program. I need to learn from this and do better next year.
Here's a look at the positives:
- I am 26 pounds below where I was a year ago.
- I made my 100-pound loss milestone in 2019.
- I'm wearing size 10 and medium clothes.
- My ankles and knees feel great.
- It feels good to walk.
- I love attending workshops.
My goals for 2020:
- Keep attending workshops regularly.
- Keep planning and tracking each day.
- Aim for 10,000 steps each day.
- Minimum of 8 cups of water each day.
- More plain water each day.
- Look for new recipes (Hungry Girl, Simply Nourished Living, more)
- Lose each week until I make my goal.
- Attain Lifetime status.
- Work hard each day to maintain Lifetime.
