Ugh. Not happy with my laziness regarding healthy eating and habits.
Today: Track everything I eat. Plan healthy meals and snacks. Drink 8 cups water/Crystal Light. Walk. Weigh less tomorrow. Think and plan and make a difference.
Breakfast: 2 rolls, peanut butter, yogurt.
Lunch: Stir fry chicken, veggies, flatout. Fruit.
Supper: Tuna, baked potato, broccoli.
Snack: yogurt, fruit, cukes.
Walked 4 x around track at Wayland.
