It is time for a re-start, a new beginning, a time to put these last several months of struggle behind me. Tomorrow is Sept. 1. A great time to focus, to work hard to get to goal, and to succeed. I CAN be 150 again. I CAN stay there and get below goal. I CAN be a successful lifetime WW member. I CAN be a positive role model to others. I CAN be healthy and active and proud of myself.
What is my WHY?
- To stay healthy
- To be active
- To be a regular walker
- To be an active grandma
- To wear all my clothes--size 8/10, medium. (Size 6 jeans!)
- To feel confident with my weight journey
- To go to bed feeling successful and proud of the day I had 100% on program
- To wake up and look forward to a successful day 100% on program
- To be happy and proud of my accomplishments
- To make the most of this time of my life--the retirement era
- To eat and appreciate delicious, healthy food
- Pre-track every day
- Stay honestly within 23 points everyday
- Track and count everything I eat
- Stay active and out of the kitchen
- Drink more water
- Walk 3.1 miles each day
- Plan and carry out successful weekends with company and stays at Allison's and Kayla's
- Attend WW meetings in person at least twice per month
- Look for new recipes
- Prep meals--cook and grill ahead
