159.6 (160.0 on Jan. 1)
It has been a challenging November and December for staying on plan. So much stress and routine-disruption with caring for Mother, Thanksgiving, her passing and funeral, Christmas. I need to give myself grace, recognize it as part of my lifetime wellness journey, and move forward from here.
Christmas weekend was unbelievable, how out of control I was. So many cookies and candy. I was 155 on Christmas morning, 164.4 four days later on Dec. 29. How can that happen??
Then I had two excellent days and was to 158.8 on Dec. 31.
Anyway--all that is in the past. It's a new year, a new month, a new day. What decisions will I make that will make me happy tomorrow? I am responsible for the next decision I make.
