Wow. Most I've ever weighed. Yesterday could have been worse, but I was not on program. Today will be better.
Oatmeal, milk, banana, chia
Hamburger (2.5 oz.), bun, carrots, mac salad, apple
Stir fry, chicken
Walk after school.
Drink water.

Day after Easter. Lots of leftovers here calling me. I'll try to stay busy and away from the food. Planned meals. Lots of water. Get outside, even for 10 minutes and do something!
Motivation:
Reeta--she is so thin, small.
Wedding--obviously
Health--take this seriously!
Clothes--really. Mother-of-bride dress!
Summer--ugh>shorts.
Costa Rica--ugh>shorts, swimsuit
Endurance--you're only 55.
Europe in August--impressions!
Kim Bensen--213 pounds lost.

I'm back. Wow--I lost 4.5 pounds since a year ago. Not much of an accomplishment. Most of the holiday food is gone. Vacation days are over. Back to school today. Planned meals. Walking after school. Back to weigh-in on Monday. Only 9 months until Kayla's wedding. I'm not going to mess this up. Event of a lifetime. I can do this. There is no bigger motivation. Plus my health. I've been at this weight for TOO long.
oatmeal, milk, chia, banana
yogurt
chicken salad sandwich, carrots, oranges
yogurt
chicken stir fry
8 cups water
