Most I have every weighed in my life. Getting close to 250. Then I could go over 250. And just keep going. Out of control.

Today--good.
Breakfast: 2 slices toast, p.b., milk
Lunch: Chicken, stir fry veggies.
Snack: lf choc. cake and cool whip light
Supper: 3 slices pizza
Snack: 2 peaches

Not super great. Need more fruits and veggies and water. Less pizza. But I didn't eat after 7. I didn't eat between meals. Hope I never see this number on the scale again.
