I'm back. Wow--I lost 4.5 pounds since a year ago. Not much of an accomplishment. Most of the holiday food is gone. Vacation days are over. Back to school today. Planned meals. Walking after school. Back to weigh-in on Monday. Only 9 months until Kayla's wedding. I'm not going to mess this up. Event of a lifetime. I can do this. There is no bigger motivation. Plus my health. I've been at this weight for TOO long.
oatmeal, milk, chia, banana
yogurt
chicken salad sandwich, carrots, oranges
yogurt
chicken stir fry
8 cups water

Do it!!
