Wow. Most I've ever weighed. Yesterday could have been worse, but I was not on program. Today will be better.
Oatmeal, milk, banana, chia
Hamburger (2.5 oz.), bun, carrots, mac salad, apple
Stir fry, chicken
Walk after school.
Drink water.
