Happy 2020! I'm not very happy with where I am with my weight. These last 20 days have been hard with Daddy's passing and funeral, Christmas, company, extra food. I am not proud with how I have gone off program. I need to learn from this and do better next year.
Here's a look at the positives:
- I am 26 pounds below where I was a year ago.
- I made my 100-pound loss milestone in 2019.
- I'm wearing size 10 and medium clothes.
- My ankles and knees feel great.
- It feels good to walk.
- I love attending workshops.
My goals for 2020:
- Keep attending workshops regularly.
- Keep planning and tracking each day.
- Aim for 10,000 steps each day.
- Minimum of 8 cups of water each day.
- More plain water each day.
- Look for new recipes (Hungry Girl, Simply Nourished Living, more)
- Lose each week until I make my goal.
- Attain Lifetime status.
- Work hard each day to maintain Lifetime.
