Goals for this week:
Drink 4-6 8-oz. glasses of water each day.
Plan meals ahead. Write them down, preferably the night before.
Track what I ate at end of day.
Get at least 7000 steps each day. Look for times to walk extra: snack break, lunch time, prep time.
Stay away from leftover candy/sweets. Give or throw away.
Be in bed by 10:00 or before.
Smile. Be positive. Be a good teacher.
No computer at home until 9:00 pm. Try not to sit at kitchen table all the time.
It's a new year. A new month. A new day.
