Down 2 pounds. Can't really say much else. I'm not eating constantly all day long, thanks to being back in school. But I'm not drinking enough water. I'm still overeating at home. Last night--good supper, but didn't need the second slice of bread. And didn't need the crackers and pepper jelly after supper. I started to walk after school. Made it 10 minutes before talking to Janine. :-(
Today: Saturday, home all day except for Kasey's baby shower. Maybe I'll do a walking video. Lots of up and down the stairs putting away Christmas things.
Breakfast: Toast, peanut butter, milk
Lunch: Chicken noodle soup
Supper: Roast beef, potatoes, salad, broccoli
My hands feel puffy this morning. I must be retaining water. Too much salt. Not drinking enough water. I haven't worn my rings since Christmas Eve. Makes me sad.
I could be home today, tomorrow, Monday (extreme cold). If the crackers are bothering me, I'll wrap them up and put them in the car or breezeway to take to the teachers' lounge. I need to try some new recipes for Dave and me from Emily Bites website.
222 days until Austin's wedding. Don't waste even one of those!!
