Wow. I never, ever, ever thought I would way this much. Terrible. Terrible for my looks, for my health, for my future. I need to put it behind me and stop beating myself up. Today. New day. New year. New future.
Still too many holiday leftovers. But I will eat moderately. Three solid meals. Lots of water. Planning ahead to tomorrow. Track!!! Plan meals for me and for Dave.
Goals:
Exercise at least once a day. Twice if possible. Walking video or treadmill in morning. 5:00 to 5:45 set aside for dressing, exercising. Then breakfast, shower, get ready for the day. Leave for school earlier.
Evenings at home: No Facebook/iPad until 9:00. Do something when I get home! Accomplish something. Work on cleaning, preparing supper, school work, grading, preparing, reading. Do something active.
Drink more water.
Track!
Prepare food for lunches and suppers for Dave and me.
Eat at table. Then leave table/kitchen.
Clean kitchen. Clean off table and counters.
Plan ahead.
Be active.
Drink water.
Eat more veggies and fruit.
