238.5 Down 4 pounds so far! :-)
It's Saturday. I've had 2 excellent days. Wednesday was good until I ate a package of graham crackers. :-( I know that I need to have supper ready to go when I get home so I don't graze and snack getting it ready. Also that once I finish eating, clean up the kitchen right away and get out of there! Last night I had a cup of Jello at the end. Satisfied my sweet tooth. Stay out of the kitchen.
I walked Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday! I wore my new tennis shoes yesterday. They felt good. I know 30 minutes isn't enough. I need to keep working up to more minutes. I really would like to say I'm doing 1 hour of exercise a day, eventually. That probably means doing some in the morning...
Lots of prayers to keep me on the right path. I feel God's guidance, like 2 strong hands on my shoulders, pushing me, guiding me, walking with me. I know He's there. I just need to turn to Him when I'm struggling. And praise Him when things go well.
Today: music meeting at 11. Father is making Chicken Tortilla Soup. I might bring some relishes to go with. Then I'm going to Iowa City. I'll be home alone tonight because Dave will be at the KC Hall. Stay on program. Stay out of the kitchen.
Plan meals for Sunday and the week.
Breakfast: Oatmeal, milk, banana, chia
Lunch: Chicken Tortilla Soup
Supper: Chicken stir fry or Chicken fajita, cranberry salad
