Decent day yesterday. Good: breakfast, lunch, supper at Subway, water, didn't buy snacks at Wal-Mart, tracking. Not-so-good: ate chicken breast and Hershey's kisses at home after JUGS, ate a piece of coffeecake from teachers' lounge, no exercise.
Today: I'll make some taco soup for lunch. Drink more water. Track everything. Plan supper ahead. Stay away from teachers' lounge food. Walk after school. Not eat after supper. Not eat at table except for supper. Not eat after supper!
I'm doing WW online, so I need to use the tools. Track online, read success stories, read community messages, look for recipes. Get my money's worth from it.
Think about Becky's success. Shopping for a dress for Austin's wedding. Not waiting any longer to make a difference. Feeling better about myself for the musical. Feeling more energetic. Helping my knees/ ankles.
